Single Sign-On
Checkbook supports Single Sign-On (SSO), enabling organizations to provide their users with a seamless and secure way to access the Checkbook platform using their existing corporate credentials. This eliminates the need for users to manage separate Checkbook usernames and passwords, enhancing security and streamlining the login process.
Checkbook supports the following SSO protocols:
- OIDC — OpenID Connect, a modern identity layer built on OAuth 2.0. Recommended for new integrations.
- SAML — Security Assertion Markup Language, an XML-based open standard for exchanging authentication data.
Both protocols support Service Provider-initiated and Identity Provider-initiated login flows, as well as Just-In-Time (JIT) user provisioning.
